How do I list a property?
Sign in, choose Sell and complete the three steps. Your property appears in My listings while our team reviews it.
Who handles enquiries about my property?
Our team assigns a Property Exchange advisor before publication. Clients see that advisor’s contact details. Your seller phone number remains private.
Can I save properties?
Yes. Sign in and choose Save on a property page. Your shortlist is available in your account. You can also compare up to three properties on this device.
How do I arrange a viewing?
Call or WhatsApp the assigned advisor, or sign in and submit a viewing request on the property page.
What happens when my listing needs changes?
The review reason appears in My listings. Edit the property and submit it again for review.
How do I keep a property available?
Reconfirm availability from your account within 30 days. Mark it sold or withdraw it when it is no longer available.
Can you build on my plot?
Visit Build and share your plot size, location and requirements. Our team will discuss scope, finishes and a proposal with you.
